The RoleWe are seeking a Senior Sales Executive - Traditional Trade to drive both hunting and farming efforts, securing new B2B clients while nurturing and expanding existing accounts. This role is ideal for high-performance sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, hypergrowth environment and have a strong ability to acquire new clients, build long-term relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Key Account Leadership: Manage and grow Birdman’s largest traditional trade accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
- Hunting: Identify, prospect, and close new B2B clients to expand Birdman’s reach in traditional trade, distribution, and retail.
- Farming: Strengthen and expand existing key accounts, distributors, and large retailers, increasing sell-in and sell-out through strategic account management.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trade terms to ensure profitable and sustainable partnerships.
- Manage sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring a structured and data-driven sales approach.
- Leverage sales automation tools to improve efficiency and scale outreach efforts.
- Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and recommend strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

- Resilient & Handles Rejection Like a Pro: High energy and persistence to stay motivated despite objections or lost deals. Turns rejection into opportunity, refines sales tactics, and keeps the pipeline moving.
- Relationship Builder & Consultative Seller: Excels in relationship-based selling, deeply understanding client needs to provide tailored solutions instead of just pushing products.
- ⚡ Sales Automation & Outreach Efficiency: Experienced in scaling sales outreach using automation tools (e.g., Apollo, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) for higher efficiency and deal conversion.
- CRM & Data-Driven Sales Management: 2+ years managing sales pipelines in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) with a structured, data-driven approach to tracking and optimizing performance.
- Traditional Trade & Retail Sales Expertise: 2+ years managing key accounts in traditional trade, CPG, or FMCG, with deep knowledge of sell-in and sell-out dynamics.
- Bachelor’s Degree Required: A completed Bachelor’s degree in any field is mandatory.
- Intermediate English (B1+): Comfortable in professional English communication, with a plus for advanced fluency (C1).
Preferred Qualifications:
- ️ Mid-to-Enterprise B2B Sales Experience: Proven ability to sell to distributors, large retailers, or key clients, navigating long sales cycles and corporate procurement processes.
- Industry-Specific Expertise: Experience in wellness, nutrition, or plant-based consumer goods.
- ️ Advanced English (C1): Fluency in English for international sales negotiations and strategic partnerships.
- Advanced Data Skills: Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to enhance data analysis and decision-making capabilities.
